Although all fruits and vegetables have vitamins, this time we do a course of vitamins A, B, C, D, and E.

Sometimes we even take fish oil. Fish oil is an excellent “balm” liquify cholesterol in the blood, recover injuries on mucous membranes and reinforces the body.

Thus, preventing chips, smoked, fatty foods, canned sauces, alcohol, tobacco, we will find our cleansing and we can even alter our skin.
